You don’t have to navigate your transplant journey alone!

Feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of your transplant journey? Are you struggling to manage your transplant experience while juggling your healthcare, life and relationships?

Unfortunately, a person may be denied a transplant due to non-medical (or “psychosocial”) reasons. Some of these reasons could include: not taking medications as prescribed, not attending medical appointments, not having 2 caregivers to care for them after transplant surgery and actively using prohibited substances or smoking.

In times and situations like these, having a Transplant Coach can be a game changer and a life saver!
